New format of the forum
This year, for the first time, the forum will be held at several venues at once, and new topics and sections will be introduced. Special attention will be paid to youth support measures and professional growth, social projects, innovations in the environment and production, and promotion of the Sakhalin Oblast’s geobrand.

The Far Eastern Energy Forum "Sakhalin Oil and Gas " is an established and effective platform for interaction between leading oil and gas companies and related industries, federal and regional authorities, international investment community, representatives of science and industry experts.


Over its history, the oil and gas complex of the Sakhalin Oblast has become an important international and federal center of competence, professional development and implementation of best practices not only in the energy industry, but also in the sphere of social and environmental responsibility.

In addition to traditional topics such as offshore projects, hydrocarbon production and deep processing, logistics and markets, this year’s event focuses on the professional development of young people, the environment and climate, the ocean economy, as well as social aspects and the development of the region.


In the context of the development of the Eastern Energy Outpost, it is particularly important to ensure the technological autonomy of the region.

The plenary session will discuss the results of 30 years of work in offshore projects, strategies for the energy sector of Sakhalin and the Far East, international cooperation and energy stability of the macro-region, prospects for liquefied natural gas technologies, support measures for oil and gas projects, as well as the coordinated work of science and industry — the processes of development and implementation of innovations in production.


The forum participants and guests will enjoy an extensive cultural and entertainment program: exhibitions, concerts, seminars, and events for children.
