Russian-Chinese partnership between the Sakhalin Oil and Gas Forum and GL Consulting: a cooperation agreement was signed
Today, 16 August 2023, in preparation for the 27th Sakhalin Oil and Gas Far East Energy Forum, the first cooperation agreement was signed between the Russian company Kvadrat Resurs LLC and the Chinese company Mysteel/GL Consulting.
As part of the document, the parties agreed on mutual support and cooperation in organizing and holding the Forum.
The agreement provides for consultations, the involvement of relevant experts in the oil and gas sector of China and the formation of an agenda for an event aimed at expanding cooperation with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
The General Director of Kvadrat Resurse LLC Ms. Ekaterina Ermakova and the General Director of GL Consulting Ms. Na Liao put their signatures on the document.
“One of the important areas of cooperation with the People's Republic of China will be joint work and mutual expertise to form the current business agenda of the Forum. First of all, we are talking about the development of thematic sessions, within the framework of the key competencies of specialists in the oil and gas sector and taking into account the priorities of the technological development of our countries,” said Ekaterina Ermakova, General Director of Kvadrat Resurs LLC.
In addition, under the agreement, the parties agreed on information coverage of joint events held within the framework of the International Oil and Gas Forum.
